2025 Season Start

Happy almost spring!
I do hope the year is going well so far for you. It’s nice to think everyone had some time to relax, however to me it seems like we are quickly moving into spring planning with no downtime.
Starting this year I am happy to announce that the Traditional Lawn Program has been improved… and with no price raises!
It’s been a longtime goal to slowly replace chemical methods with organic ones and to work with nature, not against it. With a little work I was able to source organic fertilizer not from biosolids (no PFAS) and even an OMRI certified organic fertilizer for those wanting to take an extra step.
At no additional cost, the Traditional Lawn Program will now include these products. The same weed control products used in the past are included as well.
There is a 7% prepay discount being offered for the remainder of February before it switches to 5% in March.
What is new for 2025?
The Traditional Lawn Fertilizing & Weed Control Program now includes better sourced organics and higher potassium in the fall containing Sulfate Of Potash (SOP). This will ideally give a hybrid program with the best of both worlds, organic and traditional.
3 organic programs have been added. Lawn, Mosquito and Perimeter Insect.
Unfortunately there is no grass safe organic weed control, so prevention and turf health is the best method with organics. If having no weeds is a big concern then an organic only lawn program may not be the best fit. The Traditional Lawn Program can be customized however, to include a minimal amount of pesticides. For example only use herbicide rounds 1 & 6 while not using any pesticides rounds 2 - 5 to avoid any precautions throughout the spring and summer. Some already use this option and have reported 50% or more weed control throughout the year. 1 time ‘rescue’ herbicide applications may also be scheduled as desired.
The Traditional Mosquito Program is now standard at 5 applications to help provide more consistent results. It also now includes the use of a sticking agent to combat rainfall, Mosquito Bits and other products to treat standing water. A 4 application program is still available if you have had that in the past and feel it was sufficient.
The Organic Mosquito Program is standard at 6 applications. When prepaying for 5 applications you receive the 6th one free. This ends up being the same cost as the traditional program but with a 6th application. Do note that with organic treatment, timing is increased to every 20-25 days and may not be as effective as the traditional products. This program also contains a sticking agent to combat rainfall and products to treat standing water. If you would like to change your Traditional Mosquito Program to an organic one just let me know. The primary ingredient is garlic oil and it does provide impressive results, almost as good as the traditional products.
For the Traditional Perimeter Insect Program, a 5th application has been added as well to provide more consistent results. Since I wanted to offer better results for not much more of a cost, the 5th application is discounted 55% when prepaying. A 4 application program is still available however I felt that with the extended warm seasons and insect activity, 5 applications would work best.
There is also an Organic Perimeter Insect Program offered. While I can say this program will be effective, I cannot say it will be as effective as the traditional program. I am personally still researching to find more effective products for this program that will not just detour the insects elsewhere. However, for the task of detouring and repealing the insects away from the home while prioritizing health and safety, this may be the better option.
I appreciate you taking time out to go over this and considering Noble Control again for this year's services. Mulch install, clean ups, and more are still being offered as well as the $45 referral credits. If someone you refer prepays for a full program you will be instantly credited $45 to use for this year's services. Or if they choose to pay as they go and complete the full program, you will receive the credit at the end of the year.
Thank you very much and please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
