Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Noble Control for your outside home and lawn care. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service and ensuring your satisfaction.

By accepting our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement: This agreement is valid for the specified services outlined in our estimate or contract. Any additional services requested will be subject to separate charges and may require a revised agreement.

2. Scope of Work: We will perform the agreed-upon services in a professional and timely manner. This includes fertilizing, pest control, landscaping and other tasks as specified. We will strive to meet your expectations and address any specific requirements or preferences you may have.

3. Pricing: Prices for majority of services are based on products used and amount serviced. Other factors may affect price such as a gate smaller than 36 inches when requesting lawn services, or a property outside of our defined service area.

4. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, or credit card payments. A late fee of $10 may be applied to any outstanding balances that are not paid within the agreed-upon time frame. Accounts past due over 30 days will have services placed on hold until payment is received. Noble Control may also request a card on file or prepayment before any other services are done if there is a history of past due invoices.

5. Account Login: Each serviced client of Noble Control will have a unique account number. With an email and address on file, you are able to create an account in which you are able to login to view and manage data. Noble Control is not liable for any changes made to the account, by you or any other party, that result in a disruption of service. Please contact Noble Control if you feel you have made changes, or notice any made, that may affect the service(s) provided. Logging into your account will provide your unique account number, or you may contact Noble Control and request it as well.

6. Loyalty Points: 1 point = $1. 5% of actual on time payments made, after any discounts applied, are totaled together to give each account a Loyalty Points balance. Points are then redeemable by request using the website form, in groups of $10, to credit the account for future services. With an account number on file you will be able to look up the points balance on the Noble Control website. While points do not expire, they do stop accumulating at a total of 500 ($500) and must be redeemed in order to accumulate more.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
