Before service notifications.

When scheduled for a service it is standard to email you the day before. Text is available if preferred.

Detailed statements left at the property.

For most services a statement is left at the door and if pesticides are used, a flag on the lawn.

Sidewalks and other areas are cleared when needed.

Especially when servicing the lawn program, a blower and broom will be on hand to ensure the product is kept in the target area and out of the drains.

Visual monitoring during applications.

If something is noticed, while servicing the lawn for instance, notes will be left on the statement or further communication will be attempted. Visual monitoring is an important part of the technicians job.
