5% of actual on time payments made, after any discounts applied, are totaled together to give each account a Loyalty Points balance.

Points are then redeemable by request, in groups of $10, to credit the account for future services. While points do not expire, they do stop accumulating at a total of 500 ($500) and must be redeemed in order to accumulate more.

With an email and address on file you will be able to create an account, get an account number and look up the points balance on the Noble Control website using that number.

If no email is on file but you are still a client of Noble Control, you are welcome to contact us for your account number. However, you will not be able to access your account and manage settings through the account login without an email on file.

Once you are aware of your points balance, the form on this page can then be used to request a credit on the account. Please allow at least 48 hours for the credit to post.
